For "Ethical and Cultural Issues Arising from the Psychology of Terrorism", the sequence of questions in the Answer Booklet on the internet is different from the order of questions on your hard copy. Therefore, rather than just copying a set of letters from your hard copy Answer Booklet, make sure the questions are in the same order.
No, you do not need to answer all of the questions at once. If you choose to complete the course in more than one session:

No, because of our agreement with State Continuing Education Licensure Boards, we cannot accept your answers over the phone. We need a hard copy or electronically transferred copy of the your Answer Booklet. If you have problems with internet access you might use a public computer lab at a print shop or local library. We also cannot accept a faxed Answer Booklet.
All the certificate needs to have to be considered valid is your name, the proper issue date, the course name and how many CE's were earned by completing the course. The registration number on your certificate verifies your payment and a passing score of 80% or higher.
Course Cost
Yes, when you purchase the Audio Format a complete course, for example a 10 hour course for $85, you get the Course Manual, CDs, and one Answer Booklet. Answer Booklets may be purchased separately if more than one person is taking the course. This "Group Rate" is explained on the Registration Blank panel of our Brochure and does not apply to internet orders.

What the fee is paying for is the continuing education credits needed for professional relicensure. The fee also pays for is the development of the Course Content and Answer Booklet. The fee also pays for the process that it takes to initiate and maintain provider status and CE Credit approval and CE Credit acceptance. The average cost of a 6 hour seminar is $150. Our 6 hour home study course is $65.
The discount price for the purchase of an Answer Booklet only is intended to apply, as indicated in the brochure, to Group Orders. So the discount for the purchase of an Answer Booklet is given for people who purchase a full price course and additional answer booklets. Therefore, the discounted Answer Booklet price is based on a multiple purchase of the same course and not just a single purchase over the internet. This is a price break intended for a group purchasing more than one item. A discount is available on the internet if you purchase more than one Course over the internet.
Credit Card Charges
The charge will appear on your credit card statement as from the "Healthcare Training Institute".
Only enter in the digits that appear on the front of your card. You don't need to enter the 'authorization' three digits that only appear on the back of your card. Do not put any spaces or dashes between the numbers of your credit card.
CE Approvals
If you cannot find your profession and/or state in "CE Approvals", your state either does not accept home study or accepts less than 10 hours of home study. Click CE Regulations to access your professions CE requirements. We do not propose to be the definitive sources of CE Approval information. Each state sets a different deadline date for different professions. Many deadlines are listed by clicking CE Approvals
Your web certificate has a date, your name, the course name and number of CE's earned, and your registration number. That's all that needs to be on a certificate to be considered valid.

When you enter your credit card number on the Order Form you are electronically issues a Payment Authorization Code, which you can use to get a certificate online. When you call in an order and give your credit card number to our Order Taking Service the operator will give you a Registration Number, which you can use to get a certificate online. Mail Order
Take your course online by clicking Course Content. To get your certificate instantly use the Registration Number printed on your receipt. If you do not want to take the course on the internet, prior to mailing via First Class Mail, put today's date on the bottom of the cover of their Answer Booklet. We will back date your certificate, since that was the actual date of course completion. Do not mail your Answer Booklet via any form of specail, certified, or express mail. This will cause processing delays due to the special pick-up at the window required by the post office. First Clas mail is deposited directly into our PO Box and picked up daily. However, window pickups are only conducted on a 7 to 14 day cycle.
Payment
Yes, there is no expiration date on course materials.
If you provide a valid email address, you will receive a receipt via email. If you have ordered the mail format, a receipt is affixed to the outside of the padded envelope which contains their order. The receipt is enclosed in a clear plastic shipping envelope affixed to the padded envelope.
We operate on a cash basis only. No credit is extended, which would result in issuing a billing statement. If you do not have a credit card number, you might write a check and follow the directions given on the Order Form.
Yes. You can send a check as payment with the order form on the back of our brochure in any regular envelope. If you chose Web format there is no shipping time becasue you take the Course over the internet and nothing is sent to you, unless you choose to have your Certificate sent via First Class mail. For Mail format, your order is shipped within 48 business hours, via First Class mail. You should receive your order approximately 3-5 days after it is shipped, provided there are no problems with the U.S. mail, depending upon the time for the mail from Indiana to where you are.
